Oaty Parmesan Biscuits

Ingredients

1cup seeded oats
1/2tsp baking soda
Grind black pepper
Shake cayanne pepper
Shake celery salt
1/3cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1tsp extra virgin oil
1/4 hot water
flour for board dusting

Method

Heat oven to 190 deg c
Add oats, baking power, cheese and seasoning to mixing bowl and rub in gently.
Pour on olive oil and start to fold in the water using a table spoon.
Kneed until forms a soft ball and roll out on a floured surface until 3mm (1/8in) in thickness.
Use a small cutter to cut round biscuits and place onto a baking sheet covered with silicon or grease proof paper.
Place in over for 20 min and then transfer to wire rack
